Ultimate Cosmetics is located in Pine Bluff, AR was established April 2021. The owner, Tiffany Banister, specializes in permanent cosmetics (brows, lips, and eyeliner) and she is licensed by the state of Arkansas to perform permanent cosmetics. Tiffany is also transitioning into paramedical tattooing with a certification to perform 3D areolas.

Currently we have two suites and offer two different services.
